    I’m going to ramble here about how effective I found this wardrobe choice for this concert.  If you reblog, you can feel free to strip out everything I’m putting here, if you so choose.

    I’m well-used to performers having a costume change in live concerts, so when the lights go out, I always know that’s when the costume change happens.  The thing is, I was impressed by how this outfit worked, and the three costume changes he does through the course of the concert.  He wears a suit jacket over a long-sleeved shirt, over a v-necked t-shirt.  He removes those layers as the concert progresses. That’s two very easy costume changes.  The third change is from the v-necked t-shirt into a regular t-shirt - promoting the concert, yeah?  It’s like he’s gradually getting more personal as he performs, until finally, he just looks like a regular guy, wearing an everyday outfit.  The tone of the concert also gets more personal.  I found that very effective.

    I agree; but I personally found the low-cut v-neck very… ehm. Low. In a good way.
